KOICA and Hallym Capacity Building of Cyber Crime Investigation

Hallym University (HLU) proudly hosts the Capacity Building of Cyber Crime Investigation by IT (Indonesia) Program in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency(KOICA) for three years from August 2015 to 2017.

Dr. Yunsik “Jake” Jang is involved as the program manager representing the College of International Studies(CIS) of HLU which organizes the program focusing on International aspects of ICT driven legal changes, law enforcement and prevention countermeasures in terms of Cyber-policing.

Also related to Cybercrime Investigation, CIS will launch a new undergraduate course called Legal Informatics and Forensic Science in 2016 as well as a post-graduate program on the same topic. Various scholarship opportunities will be provided for the international and domestic students.
