Hallym University was founded on the belief that everyone should have access to a high quality education. The College of International Studies supports this idea by seeking out leading international experts to teach. To make this high-quality education accessible, CIS provides many scholarship opportunities for students. Currently, 90% of CIS students receive some form of scholarship or financial aid.

Small class sizes and customized course contents help to engage students. CIS has a 95% program completion rate. We also pride ourselves on support for students after graduation, with 95% of our graduates getting a job within 6 months of graduation.

Finally, CIS is truly an international school. Staff and students come from all over the world, and all classes are taught in English. Learning other languages is encouraged, with a range to choose from.
